We solicited their help with our backyard design and installation after some neighbors gave initial high-marks on their work (each has since rescinded their recommendations for similar struggles). We wanted a pathway to our back for a lawnmower, patio, retaining walls, and vegetation/sod. They provided a design that looked nice but didn't meet our request for a pathway to the back but instead, stairs. We resisted twice but they kept saying it would be better, so we trusted them. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Installation took 4 days and on the final day the owner could tell I was not happy. I expressed to him that I was certain I would not be able to get a lawnmower down the stairs he built, to which he said he'd build me a free pathway like I originally wanted. I said I didn't trust his team on the execution and that I'd prefer he provide me the materials and I'd build it myself. After some back and forth he provided about 1/3 of the materials he originally said he'd provide.In addition, his team never installed 6 plants or irrigation, they planted 4 bushes in the wrong spots, they used natural stone steps instead of ****, they failed to install sprinkler heads throughout the lawn, they damaged my existing landscaping, broke my existing sprinkler box and flooded it, and left our property in d***rray. Their wiring in the sprinkler box is janky at best and they ruined the wiring in our original box too. We also had 9 trees and plants die which he took nearly two months to replace under his warranty.At times it took them over 2 weeks to reply to requests of service and they copped attitude along the way. One of their workers, the one that flooded my box and collapsed the soil around it, told me to my face I was lying to him. When he and his supervisor returned, the Sup said it was his fault and he was sorry for him.Overall there *** lack of integrity. For $30,000 I do not feel they can provide you with value or the respect that you'd deserve.

We provided a beautiful natural looking stone stairway for the customer which he originally had no complains about. We did talk about installing a pathway on the other side of the house since it was less steep and would be easier to push a lawnmower up, but he originally declined. We did a full install with a beautiful flagstone patio in 4 days! Most landscapers in the neighborhood have taken weeks and even months to finish. Since he wasn't happy with the stairway because he wanted to push a large lawnmower up and down it, I agreed to install a $3000 dollar pathway for FREE! but he declined. He instead insisted that I provide him with $1500 dollars of FREE flagstone so he could build his own, which seemed like a silly idea, but I gave him the stone anyway. He never called me or texted me to let me know that anything wasn't working, but instead decided to send me a nasty email with several nasty swear words, "out of no where". If something doesn't work a simple phone call or text to let me know if sufficient, and I send guys normally within 24 hours. I had a huge backlog of plant replacements in that neighborhood because the water system was not working at the beginning of the season and I had to wait for the builder to fix the problem, which I clearly explained to him. Last I spoke to him he seemed to be in good spirits and happy and then wrote this review "out of nowhere". I even offered to replace and fix thing for this client even after his warranty expired, and I even offered to give him free trees or shrubs since he still feels unsatisfied. He has declined any kind of olive branch I could possible think of! Either way I still appreciated his business and wish him the best, and still am willing to provide trees or pathway free of charge for his complete satisfaction.
