  Hello. Since I opened this account I've made NUMEROUS calls and emails saying my account is linked to MANY other accounts somehow in your system, some days I've received over 50 emails for other customers! When ***** joined the team at my local one, he assured me it would be fixed but did nothing. I have updated my phone number numerous times in the system and applied auto payment but it seems neither has been retained, I even did this in person and the same results! I get no emails, no phone calls from this location and I have proof I've emailed time and time again with either no response or a non-professional email back, then ***** will lie and say I don't email! Again, I have the proof and am happy to share! I am now being charged for a lock and when I called and inquired, ***** screamed at me and called me a liar and hung up! He will not pass my information to a district manager or higher up and as you can even see by the screenshot attached, I cannot even access my online account which I've tried to explain to him MANY times and got no help. I am at a loss as to what to do since he is the only contact that office seems to have! I have many email exchanges, I've called and I've gone in! Please, I need to speak with someone to get some help! PLEASE do not call my old number, I don't know why it won't update! My number is ************. Thank you!

  To whom it May concern,

  This customer has had several complaints that we have looked into and fixed. ************** is verbally abusive and has been delinquent many times. We have tried to work with her as much as possible, she does not respond to our emails, texts and or phone calls. We have received return mail from the post office that states wrong address and non deliverable, she does not answer her phone and or text. I have only spoken to ************** twice since being relocated to this facility and she has always been very confrontational, verbally abusive and non compliant with her account.

  I am rejecting this response because:

   

  I was NEVER verbally abusive, I told him he had poor grammar THAT WAS ALL! There is an entire video of me being in the store very kind and nice.

   

  I want the district manager and NOT ***** to look into this since the complaint is about him!
