Purchased 2021 Big Tex trailer model 14LP on 12 June 2021 for $11294.50 cash. Attempted to use ramps that were part of the trailer sale on 20 May 2023 for the first time to load an item by way of ramps. There was only one ramp included and stored underneath. The trailer had always been stored inside a building on my property and used by me 2 times for mulch. Contacted dealer salesman ************************* with my concerns that the second ramp was not present at time of sale. I was informed that his manager would not replace the ramp but would call me. I asked for his name and told by ************************* he would not give me his name. I have never received a call nor offered the replacement ramp.Business response

Had you brought this to our attention earlier we would have been able to help. You are asking us to give you a ramp for a trailer you purchased from ** 2 years ago. We make every effort to make sure that trailers sold here are complete when they leave our dealership. Our lot tech and the salesperson does a walkaround with the customer before leaving to make sure everything is complete and working properly. We have no control over how or when the trailer is used after it leaves here.

I am rejecting this response because: The trailer was hooked up at the end of the building. There was never a walk around done by any employee except to ensure lights worked. The one and only ramp I have has never been used. Time should never be a consideration when the ramps were not required until I brought this to your attention.
