These guys are crooks do not I repeat, do not take your vehicle to them they will lie to you *** yeah quickly Ill get it to you when I can put new parts and give you a low price get your vehicle auto parts you dont need to fix it and expect you to pay them They tell you anything over the phone I went out there to check on my vehicle they had even looked at it, and it ordered a new transmission and transfer case and hadnt even took the vehicle apart to diagnose to properly and when confronted had a straight up attitude talk to me disrespectfully And told me they didnt need my business and then I can leave and take my vehicle with me person. I talk to said he was the owner for someone to go on a business and its so disrespectful to customers he doesnt need to be in business, its a good thing that I caught him Before those parts came or I wouldve been stuck with a $4500 bill

I first took my **** Chrysler ************** Minivan to ****** Transmission in October 2020 because the transmission broke down on me on the highway. I have taken my van back to this shop 3-4 times since 10/2020 due to rough shifting in the transmission gear/s that has turned out to be a full year. I was told at first to give it several weeks to allow the computer to relearn the gears. I have been told I would receive an update about my vehicle at least 3 times and I was the one that had to follow up. We were told of a ******** loan that I believe was only approved because of fraud. These franchise companies have no higher *** to take matters to which makes having an issue/problem/s difficult to thoroughly get looked into. Money is very tight also to have anything done half hearted or not complete is very much so unacceptable. I have read many reviews of other folks that have had similar and worse outcomes than mine doing business with this transmission shop. I have no knowledge of these people/company other than my van therefore this review is solely from my experience and not about any outside matter. Do unto others as you want done unto yourself. Get it right or don't do anything at all.
