            We had used Vue numerous times over the past few years, and even referred them to friends for window cleaning, and Christmas light installation. Over the past year, we have experienced, broken roof tiles, surprise added charges, refusal to remove Christmas lights that were installed and stored as part of our contract. Buyer beware. They contacted us recently that they wont service our lights this year. Important note, there isnt a company around that wants to take another companys lights and install them. Im out money and have hired a new company to install our lights, but the fact that they left us high and dry, as well as the billing surprises, not wanting to replace roof tiles that they broke, and then we had to fight them last year to remove the lights that they installed! We have recently heard from others in our neighborhood leaving Vue for the same types of issues. A company is only as good as their customers experiences. Plenty of other companies that appreciate our business and will honor their products, pricing, and services they say they offer.
