I went to purchase a shed through their rent to own program for a house we are remodeling. After agreeing on a shed, the price and terms, one of the salesmen got me the contract and rent to own information. I signed the contract and the deal was done. Except a few minutes later the salesman called and said they made a mistake and they had to add over $900 to my purchase price but "not to worry it would only up the monthly payment a few dollars" I said I would talk it over and let him know. We decided that since I already signed the contract they should honor that contract and let them know that if they won't honor the contract I already agreed to and signed, that we would just pass (since there is so many other shed companies) I was responded with not an apology, or a "let me see what I can do" but simply an ok, good luck, type of response.
