I ordered two bags of produce from Miller Farms for $25 each which was supposed to be a "variety" of "fresh" "in season" produce. What I received was old, rotten cucumbers and a bunch of potatoes and onions. Out of season squash. When I contacted Miller Farms, Michelle responded and refused to refund or replace what was delivered. Because she is already in possession of $50 for the crap they delivered, her customer service was nil. I want a refund, which seems like an easy thing but this woman is so intent on being rude and snarky that she just doesn't care that the customer has paid good money for a bad product. I would like an apology for this lack of customer service as well.
