I placed an online order on 2/15/2023 in the amount of $35.00. Order number 4279.No communication from Heritage Acres Market was received via email after the order was placed (order confirmation or shipping/tracking updates). My credit card was charged $35.00.I sent an email to the company via the address listed on their website ********************************** on 2/27/2023 requesting an update. No response received.The company did email me a survey on 3/2/2023, which I replied that I haven't received and requested to be contacted.I tried calling the company on 3/13/2023 using the number listed on the website ************** and discovered the number was disconnected. Additionally, on 3/13/2023 submitted a form located on the company website requesting assistance with my order. I have made several attempts to contact this company and communicate an issue with the order and have not received a response or acknowledgement about this issue. They have charged me and I consider this both credit card fraud and theft.
