    I wasn’t going to post this but I feel like people should be warned if Casey (or KC) is still running this business. I’ve stopped numerous times to retrieve my hard tire cover he didn’t repair and it’s always locked up and I thought he’d shut it down. In September of 2019 a deer did extensive damage to my driver side doors. I asked him to fix some dings around the vehicle as well. He said he could do the work. He got the check from my insurance company, plus an additional $2,700 from me for the rest. Dropped it off mid September he said he’d have the job completed by September 30th. I told him not to rush (I wanted it done right) and take until October 31st if needed because I’d be sharing a vehicle with my son until then. If I had only read the reviews online before I got myself into this nightmare! The door needed replacement so he had estimated cost from insurance for a new door. He got 1 at a junk yard (which is fine) but it wasn’t for the model of car I own. He said it’s ok he’d find it. All the moulding needed repaired and a corner replaced. My back door didn’t shut properly either. Come October 31st he didn’t have it ready but assured me he was working on it. He also said he was going to repair a crack in my spare cover. I told him I had a trip planned and would be out of state until November 14th but needed it back then. Come November 14th it wasn’t ready. He said 1 week. He said “next week” every single week through February. I decided to drive down and see my car first week in December to see what was going on. He had already been paid almost $7,000. My car was sitting untouched outside in the lot. He had not done anything at all! He was working on other cars that were not there when I’d dropped mine off! I told him I need my vehicle and he’d been paid, I don’t understand why he kept telling me he was working on it and it wasn’t even touched! I was very very nice about everything but expressed the urgency that I need my car back! He assured me, in person, it will be done within 2 weeks once I saw nothing was done. Two weeks pass and guess what? Not done. At this point, it’s almost January. I began driving from Canon to Pueblo every week to check. You’d think this would get my point across but no. After January first he’d torn all the moulding off and left my stripped car outside untouched since January. Every single week he’d tell me, “I’ll have it done by next week.” And every week that was a lie. He did get sick for a week but it’s literally been over 4 entire months. All this time I see vehicles he’s finishing coming and going and I’ve already paid him in full. Maybe I’m too nice? So I finally reached my wit’s end and told him that, “ This is not fair! This car you’re painting now, have you been paid for this?” He responded “No” I then told him I’ve already paid and you’re not even trying to finish my car and I hated that he put me in this position to go there and be irate because it’s not in my nature, but I’m going to sue him if my car isn’t done in 1 week! It still took him over 2 weeks but he finished. And I get my car back in March. The work was SO BAD. I didn’t expect perfection but it is shoddy. Things he said he’d fix weren’t fixed. My rear door still doesn’t close right. The door he said he replaced (and I paid for) is the same door putties over and he lied when I asked if it was new. I’m not stupid. You can see the same damaged planes puttied over and it’s absolutely the same door. He left my other mirror unpainted with a scratch, I think, out of spite because he sprayed the rest of my car. The brand new windshield glass (supposed to be new) had a chip in it! There’s so much more wrong with this work, but I’ve already written a book. To top it off, he removed my front license plate and never returned it. He didn’t return my hard cap spare cover he was supposed to fix either and I can’t seem to get it back because he’s never in the shop. Honestly, I should take him to court to recover the $1,500 I paid out of pocket! Plus $135 new battery from sitting, $30 plate, $200 spare cover!
