Purchased a 2013 ****** legacy on March 13 2021 title got lost they said they would get us a new one but would take up to a year well it's been past a year and at this point I would like to return car cause it hasn't ran right since the day it was drove off there parking lot at prymaid motors auction paid **** I want my money back tired of the games my next step is getting a ******Business response

This is in response to a notice of complaint received from your office filed by ***************************. I have attached proof of delivery for the title to his vehicle, which arrived via ***** tracking# ************ on 04/07/2021. I have also attached a signed copy of an internal affidavit regarding a request for a duplicate vehicle title, because the customer has LOST the original title that we provided him at the time of purchase. It clearly states in the affidavit signed by *************** that the duplicate title process is time consuming and that there is no guarantee that we can even obtain a duplicate title. We have also advised him of the alternative process of bonding for title himself, directly through the state, but he did not seem interested. We are still attempting to obtain another title for him, but have been unable to. We are not legally obligated to obtain duplicate titles, we do this as a courtesy and are not always able to do so.

I purchased a 2010 Chysler Town mini van. Over a year ago in 2021. I don't remember the exact date. However I moved before the title was delivered to me. I did put in a change of address. It never came to my new address. I contacted Pyramid via phone and email numerous times. Pyramid told me to contact FEDX this is the company that delivered the title. FEDX said the title was delivered to correct address and there is nothing that they can do. I have call Pyramid every week. Most of the time no answer. I spoke with a woman last year and she sent me a form that I have to fill out.(Missing title form) I filled it out and sent it back via email. No one contacted me. I called and spoke to a man who directed me to a woman named ******* and she said she would look in to it, I still haven't heard anything. I still have no title to register the van, A huge inconvenience. VIN# 2A4R5D19AR108566
