The shop had our car for 2 and a half months It came to the point where we Needed to forcibly take possession of our vehicle due to the lack of communication non notification of putting on parts without our knowledge due to never receiving an estimate or receipt for the $1500 that was already paid for. At the end of the day receiving our car. Worse off. Then, when we dropped it off at this shop A to Z Auto Repair, our car was put on the street. New parts were taking off the vehicle.(PROOF RECIVED IN TEXT AND NEW SHOP RECEIPTS COLORADO TIRE AND AUTO REPAIR) We were forced to buy back. The keys that were programmed to our car. We did not want to go through them.DUE to the constant threats and unpleasant interaction with owner and staff belittling making fun of disabilities Had to call the tow truck company next door A To Z towing to buy keys back from the owner. ($125) Because he felt he had the right to keep new parts and keys. We have now been left with a non. Working vehicle 2 keys that are programmed to a non- working vehicle. So in reality, we paid 1625 to this shop for a non working vehicle . Where is our $1625? Because there was no new parts or receipts

I took the truck in to have the transmission replaced with a Heavy Duty one (costed extra) for my **** **** Ranger with a 4.0 liter engine with a three-year warranty. That work was ?nished on 04-15-2022. I paid the balance in full and it took him three weeks. Later, the transmission just completely stopped working and he honored his warranty so the truck was towed to his shop on June 28, 2023. Since then I have not received my truck. No answers from ***** so I called him on July 12, 13, 18, and 19th and ?***** he answered. He told me that the transmission was so messed up that the manufacturer would not honor the warranty, so ***** said he will honor his part and get it ?xed for me. August 8 and 9, no answer from him after calling. August 21, I went to the shop because he wasn't answering the phone and he said that took the transmission to a friend to save money. September 5th, went to shop again and ***** said the transmission was too expensive to ?x, so ***** said he will ?ght to get the warranty through. September 14th, ***** said that he was able to get the warranty and was just waiting on the transmission to arrive. October 6th, text from *****, said my truck was next to be ?xed, just waiting on a Tahoe and will be ready for me on that day or the 9th. No answer from ***** on October 9, 11, and 19th. October 30th, I went to the shop again and found out the truck had been vandalized from someone stealing the catalytic converter, so ***** said insurance will take some time. November 3rd, went to the shop again and ***** wasn't there so I looked at my truck to see the truck hasn't been worked on and hasn't moved. November 7th, I said that the transmission hasn't been removed and ***** said that he ordered the wrong transmission again, so he order the correct trans and catalytic. November 10. ***** said my truck was next in line to be ?xed. November 14th, ***** was working on another truck and his own, he said he promised this week. November 20, no answer still.

February 15, 2023 paid $4,500 to A to Z Auto Repair for deposit on engine-long block remanufactured engine for a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4WD V8-5.7L with a 3 year warranty from Auto Zone. May 11, 2023 paid $2,728 for work completed, didn't receive warranty paperwork because it was not delivered yet. Called, left voicemails, and stopped by shop requesting warranty information from May 12 to June 18, always promised to send it but never received. June 23, 2023 took vehicle back for engine problems, ************************* said it was covered under warranty and would take a week to repair. July 12 through July 14th texted and called requesting warranty information and never received. July 31, 2023 picked up vehicle from shop with no work completed or started after multiple completion deadlines missed. August 6, 2023 took vehicle to a different auto repair shop and informed I'd need a new engine. August 10, 2023 called Auto Zone and informed no engine for vehicle listed above was ever purchased by A to Z Auto Repair and no warranty was available.
