I took my 2015 Subaru to Pueblo Co Subaru to fix transmission. I was told that was not under warranty. I emailed Subaru Corp. and they said my vehicle is still under warranty. I emailed and called, no one has responded this is lousy service.Business response

I paid 155$ Diagnosis fee and decided to just have a print out of what they found because I did not trust them and wanted a second opinion .. They said they deleted the diagnosis and Therefore COULD NOT PROVIDE ME A HARD COPY of what was found.. They had my car OVERNIGHT .. when I requested a hard copy and I recieved NOTHING! except verbal what they found I feel like I paid for NOTHING They could not even WRITE it down for me!! wanted me to write it myself WHAT!! if I go somewhere else I only have words to prove what was wrong with my car NO HARD COPY This is also the 3rd time I have been in for the SAME issue not being fixed 2 other different diagnosis before this was "supposed" to fix this issue..and guess what its not fixed. Buyer beware ! I called the supervisor to complain and let them know the history NOTHING no response -no resolve -no hard copy -no reciept. they said and I quote " I blame it on a bad technician but, I dont have his name or his notes" and since you decided not to have the work done today all was DELETED before I even picked up my car NOT HAPPY. this means they will not know in the future what was found today How can they do any businesss that way..? Will I be charged to diagnose again, if I go back? for the same problem.. if they YET find another diagnosisInitial Complaint

Brought car to Subaru because air conditioner only blew warm air. They fixed it and I gave them my extended warranty info to ****. Drove home and air conditioner stopped working. Went back with same problem. They said its fixed. Drove home. Air conditioner not working. Went back the third time they never called my extended warranty ans said I owed them from the last service. Now they said the air conditioner had an impact?? I had no accident. Now my extended warranty has an adjuster handling the case. Car has been in the shop for a week. I need my car. My husband is an army veteran who has treatments in **************** and my daughter is terminally ill whose appointments are at ****** hospital in ******. Whose to say the shop didnt cause the impact and why did it take 3 times to diagnose? I am beyond upset! And thats why the extended warranty is now investigating and taking so long to determine how much they will cover.Business response

My husband and I bought a 2021 Subaru crosstrek and pay for an extended warranty on it every month. The ty *** broke and I have pictures of it all and when we tried to get it fixed they said they cant do anything they dont have a rental car for us to use so we will have to wait and then more stuff broke on the car and so they got it in and gave us a rental but now are saying none of our warrantys on the car cover it so we will have to pay 1100$ to have it fixed or file an insurance claim. We pay so much for an extended warranty that is pointless if it doesnt cover anything. When the vehicle was sold to us we were told oil changes would be covered for our loan and now they make us pay for them cause ***** miles have been put on the car and extended warranty doesnt cover that either, well what does it cover why do we pay so much for nothing it doesnt cover anything on our vehicle and I want all our money back cause they lied to us. Subaru of Pueblo ***** and lies just to make money off of us.Business response

Our Initial inquiries into applicable coverages they purchased have been denied
The vehicle is currently in the shop awaiting parts and repairs
