I had contacted this company about two months ago to come in give me an estimate on remodeling my bathroom. I had to wait at that time for the work to proceed due to my medical condition. when I got ready for the work to begin I gave ****** a call and he came over and measured the area again. Upon agreement to start, he told me the job will take 2 or 3 days explaining how he will be doing most of the work his self. He emailed me the cost of the job and me and my wife met him at the ******* on Walbrook Dr. and gave ****** a cashier check made out to Swan Homes LLC for the price of $830.26 for material and labor + an additional $100.00 for a toilet we added to be installed. The total price is $930.26 and we gave this to ****** on 10/16/21 the check number is ****** from the ****************** He started the job on 10/18/21 did a little and said he will be back the next day. he showed up 2 days later with excuses but still telling me now the job will be finished by the weekend. After leaving and returning multiple time over the days he there, I told him we need the bathroom finished because we got relatives coming from out of town. He kept telling me it will be finished because he will bring some help. So he brought help for one day which they only stayed about 2 hours and left. Now my deck is full of rubbish what he tore out of the bathroom and left my bathroom in shambles where he haven't finished. I tried texting and calling numerous of times and get no response. Now its been over two weeks for a job that was to be 2 days and ****** haven't brought the material he supposed to have bought after I kept telling him to bring the merchandise to my house and I heard nothing from him. So now ****** won't answer my texts or calls and I left messages stating to bring the merchandise and the receipts and I will pay him for what he has done. Still no response.
