      On February 20, 2024 I called A Global Disposal to restart **************** which had stopped briefly because of financial reasons. They took my payment over the phone for ***** ace said they would have a new can out to me by Friday February 23, 2024. I never received the can so I called Monday 2-26-2023 Ave the last that scared the phone said it was her fault that she had forgotten to do something with the order ace she'd get a cab out that Friday 3-1. once again it didn't happen. I called Monday 3-4 left a message no answer I called Tuesday 3-5 left a message and got a call back where I was told I was getting a refund because they couldn't take me as a customer after over a year if service because of past issues. There's never been any issues to my knowledge. They pick up the trash Monday morning I don't see them. I asked for clarification or to speak with the manager and was refused. Now I'm almost a month behind on trash. I want to know what the reason was.

      Paid for services 4/1/23 to 6/30/23 $***** check # ***** bi- weekly services. Company didn't pick up trash on 5/22/23. Called the company and would not come until the following pick up date asked for credit from ***** stated no and canceled the service. Called the company 6 times and still have to received any refund for 2 dates of services.

      I have been using Global Disposal for about a year. Up until this month I have never had an issue with them. This month they charged my account twice. When I called to talk with them ***** answered the phone and I was met with very rude comments about how she was aware of this issue due to a man calling in and telling her. (no one in my family called for my address). I have been waiting 3 weeks for this refund. I have called once a week. When I called on 10/13 I was told they would refund it to my card. I called again on 10/24 and was told the same thing. That it was an issue with my card or bank. I called and spoke with my bank. There was no pending refunds. I called today on 10/27 and was told that there was a check in the mail. After I asked why there was a check in the mail she said because that is how we refund your charge. When I questioned that she then changed the story again and told me is was my bank that was the issue. When I told her that I had spoke with my bank and there was no pending refunds. She then told me that it was due to their credit companies issues. I asked to speak with anyone else she told me no. I asked her for the owners name and she told me no. I asked to speak with the owner and she told me no. I asked her to have the owner call me and she told me no. This not how you treat people especially people who are paying for services from your company. ***** has sent me my "reciepts" of the refund but yet there is no money in my account. I have offered to bring down my bank statements so they can see that it has not been deposited.

      I paid for services and very rudely was denied what i paid for. It was extra trash to be taken from Christmas and New Years. This trash company has zero customer service skills. When i called to tell them how rude pick up was i was rudely treated here as well.
