Worst trash service I've ever had! The drivers in my neighborhood refuses to take anything they might have to actually get out of the vehicle for. They never show up on time even after requesting my entire neighborhood have their trash cans ready at a specific time provided by the company. There are much better options than waste connections

I have only had this trash company for a couple of months to which they have missed trash pick up multiple times. The bin I recieved was not even cleaned an it stinks to high heaven. I made my last payment online and I must have miss-typed my information because the payment was returned. As soon as I found out, I made a replacement payment. I did not get an email or anything notice that there was a problem, I just check my accounts on a regular basis. I then showed my balance was $0 and I was good to go. A couple of days ago, I noticed there was a $35.00 charge showing in red, but it was not listed as a bill or as something that I could pay. I assumed that it would show up on my next invoice as a fee due to the returned payment. On my regular trash day, I didn't get a pick up. I sent a missed pick up request, to which I got an email saying my phone number is not correct. I assure you, it is. No one came the next day, I sent another request, nothing. No one showed up the following day, so I called. Waste connections just suspended my account and did not tell me. They said I had a $35.00 fee I did not pay so I was suspended. I told them I tried to pay that online and could not and in addition, I made a replacement payment right after I found out there was a problem. They said they are charged about $100 dollars on a returned payment, and they only charge me $35.00. It sounded weird, but I paid the fee to cancel my service because of this. I then checked my email and I was told that my account is under suspension due to non-payment and it would be $60.00 to resume my account. Clearly, this is some kind of fraud. How did I jump from $35.00 to $60.00 and how did I get suspended when I made a replacement payment right away showing I had a $0 balance?

Put the dumpster in my driveway, up against my house so I can't even open the dumpster door to use it. Directions were to place in the yard (so the door could open). When I called, they said they'd charge additional to reposition it. It is unsafe to use in its current position.
