**** furniture delivered a dresser and I had orginally filed BBB against Bobs but now was told that ************* is their delivery company and who ultimately is responsible for my door that was damaged. ************* had me get two estimates and told me they give who they sub to 10 days to take care of claim if not done they take over its been months. They told me the claim would be paid after they made me get estimate then asked for a second I've complied with all their demands and still my door is left damaged and its been since September. The 2 contractors looked at the damage and due to the nature the door has to be replaced its a one piece unit thermatru door. I've been going back and forth and doing everything their claim **** asked and working with a lady namedIris ******************** Claims Examiner Casualty Teams D/Bobs ******** Furniture ***************************************************************************** ************* (Ext ) ***** ***************** ********** *** I'm now being completely ignored and was told that they did the claim using the wrong date and delivery and it went to the wrong subcontractor and now at the right and still no settlement. Its $4000 basically in damage due to the nature of the damage and I would like to get this taken care asap.
