            I lived in Pueblo and I lived in the Mesa and I would always take my dog to get groomed here. They always did a good job and always only charge me $50. Well I now live in Durango and have for 3 years. We were coming to Pueblo to see family and decided to have mudpuppy groom our girl again. We made an appointment for Saturday 7/16. We took her in at 12, when we dropped her off they told us that it would be between $130 to a $140, which was fine. Well I called around 4:30 to see if she was ready and she was but then told me that it was going to be $180. I told her no, you told us between 130 and 140. She was very rude and pretty much called me a lair and I told her that she use to do the same dog once a month at $50. My husband went and picked up our dog and the lady still continue to be very rude saying that it is not her problem and that he needed to pay her the $180. All that my dog received was a wash and furminator and nail cut. We paid her the $180 but I will never go here again!! In Durango we take her to Dogs gone Gorgeous and they charge me $60 for the same service!!!!!! It is called customer service
