Hired Cruzer signs and wraps on 1/26/2023. We paid $9434.25 which was 75% down. Our company was invited to the **** and on 2/17/2023 we asked him to please hurry with the bus as it needed to leave by 3/5/2023 for **. He was asked if there was an additional amount we can pay to guarantee it would be done and with superior material. He charged us an additional $4069 and guaranteed the time frame and quality. He did not complete the work and what he has done is very poor quality. He was paid an additional $11,309.25 75% down on other equipment to wrap. He is refusing to refund money for workhe has not done.Initial Complaint

On 2/7/2022 I hired Cruzer signs to replace the face of the sign for my business and to replace the outdated lighting with new LED lighting. I was told the estimated time for completion was 3 weeks. The project was not completed in this time frame ************ telling me the lights were on back order and caused a delay. I contacted him again in August which he replied to on 8/22/2022 telling me that he estimated an additional 2 weeks from that date to get the lighting in. He did not replace the lighting however he did replace the sign face around this time. I contacted him to let him know that the new lighting was not working, at the time I was not aware that he simply did not replace it, he told me at that time that I reached out to him that the supplier sent the wrong color of lighting so it was sent back to be corrected. I contacted him in September asking for a refund and he told me he can not refund the money because there is a no return policy on electrical items. The lighting to this day 12/29/2022 has not been sent to ************ according to him but he will no longer return my calls, emails, or text messages. His 3 week timeline is not coming close to 10 months and still not complete.
