8-6-2022 I took my ****** to Columbine Ford, Rifle,Colorado for a scheduled oil change and a blinker replacement. My appointment was at 10. I returned at about 12pm and they informed me that they did a tire rotation and they broke a stud off of one of my wheels. There was a discussion about the fact that I did not request a tire rotation and the fact that they do that whether you want it or not. They took zero responsibility, no blame and made no apologies. One employee (Paul Edwards) told me that, according to the paperwork the tires were “completely rotated” and another employee told me that the tires were not rotated, stating to me, “…as soon as the stud broke, the mechanic was hands off of your wheels because you didn’t want them rotated in the first place”. (They did not know my opinion of the rotation until I returned hours later.) The paperwork says that there was a tire rotation completed and it tells me what tire had the broken stud. (FRONT RIGHT) They tried to assure me that they fixed the broken stud, but I had no way of knowing this for sure. Before I drove away, I discovered a missing lug nut on a completely different tire. (REAR LEFT) I immediately addressed this with the Ford employee. He left to speak with the mechanic, returning to tell me that my car “came in missing a lug-nut.” He further explained that a tire rotation didn't take place, pointing out dusty lug-nuts on another wheel. Their paperwork does not state that my car was missing a lug-nut when inspected. 8-11-22, I took my car to **** **** ****** in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. I asked them to check out all of my wheels, making sure they are safe, have all lug -nuts and that the broken stud is actually fixed. ****** billed me $140 for properly repairing a wheel with a broken stud, but this being on a different tire than Ford had originally mentioned. ****** fixed a failed repair on the REAR LEFT tire, not the FRONT RIGHT, which is the tire Columbine Ford originally said got broken.Business response

I want all of my money back. $132.86 that I paid **** **** ****** because of Columbine Ford and I want the $115.36 that I paid Columbine Ford.
