Horrible Business. Horrible customer service. To be honest, I could have dealt with that if the meat was good, but the meat was terrible. this is not wangus, not grass fed grass finished, the meat quality is horrible, meat is not good, it was greenish blue and had hair in it, just horrible! BUYER BEWARE! do not do business with this fraud, meat is not usda processed she is processing meat in the barn next to her home and it is unsanitary! DO not do business with this fraud!

You did receive hair on your beef from SIMLA LOCKER. We replace that 1/2 beef for FREE. We also provide Free delivery for both trips for your beef. You receive processed Fee back from Simla processing for your first 1/2 beef that had hair on it. This was a Butcher processing error. From SIMLA LOCKER You received 1/2 a replacement beef at no charge USDA Processing and Free delivery to your home.

Found them on a shop local ******** ******** group...They informed me that they have there meat processed in **********, told them I wasn't interested because of there butcher selection...They proceeded to harass me about it... And I told them I was about to block them...They removed me from the shop ******** FB group after insulting me.. I have the right to shop around.. they have violated my rights by removing me from that group preventing me from shopping around

We never had interaction with this person! No transaction was taken place! As far as I know ******************* is owner of Shop ******** ************** Page.

They are lying because they don't want to get busted for there business practices

We ordered beef from this company on 2/15/22 with an expected delivery date between 2/21/22-3/7/22 with the price per pound stated as **** per pound with a $1 processing fee to the butcher at time of pick up. The deposit was $700 and the final payment due was $700 with an additional butcher fee of $275.84 bringing the total **** for the half beef to *******. Actual pickup date for the beef was 5/7/22 and the total weight of the beef retrieved was 138 pounds. This brings the total price of the beef to about $12.14 a pound if done by total weight retrieved or $7.19 per pound if determined from the hanging weight before processing. We had received a text message asking us to fill out a sheet for our beef and referred to it as a quarter instead of a half, and I had filled out a sheet for a half because that is what we paid for. My wife emailed the business (I was out of the country for work) to ask her if we only received a half because the weight seemed low at which point email responses began back and forth with the owner's referring to us as liars for various portions ranging from the weight of the animal, the weight received, debating if we even paid, and the information that was posted on her webpage. We have documentation of all of this and went to share the information in other reviews however the business operator closed the review portion of the business pages ******* and ********* before the information could be shared. They did ultimately offer us either a 35lb box of pork of beef which was declined. She mentions an offer of a $200 refund which was the result of confusion with another unsatisfied customer. We were told that they would have ********* reach out to us regarding a refund, but later posted that she told us to reach out to them. ********* is a software provider. I would not recommend doing business with Winters Beef Cattle Ranch based on poor quality of goods, misrepresentation of prices, and unprofessional customer service.

The Beef that was took to Butcher was young and didnt weigh what he should have. We gave this Customer money back $200 after they complained because they seen another lady running our business down on a ************** because that customer didnt like Grass Fed beef. We also gave a full refund to the lady who didnt like grass fed beef.
