      I ordered products with priority shipping. Received the order missing three items contacted customer support and ask if there was a second shipment or all items were shipped in one shipment. They informed me they were shipped in one shipment and that I should make sure that no one else had opened the box prior which I shirt then they haven’t they let me know if the products were not found they do What they needed to make the situation right whether it be re-ship my product or refund my money as the products were over $240 and I had them shit priority as they were a birthday gift for someone I requested a refund and not a shipment of products Then I was told to go online and make a claim. I did now I am being told that I need to send them a picture of the box which I gladly did and the items that I received now I’m being told something because of the weight of the box when it left their warehouse, did it match though What was in the box when I received it and I questioned whether or not this is like a scam because they told me they’re not able to refund my money until FedEx finishes their investigation but I’m not quite sure why I’m having to suffer with. How do I even know the products were put in the box to begin with and it’s not FedEx’s fault , or how do I know that someone didn’t remove items from my box all I know is my products were not received and I’ve been unable to get a refund after I was told in the first phone call a refund or re-shipment would be no problem

      I purchased an item from Buy Natural Skin Care, in June of 2021. I spent a total of over $270.00 dollars on ******** Skin Care. I purchased a few products for my skin, one of which was a daily moisturizer, the stone crop whip moisturizer. The product has an advertised shelf life of 12 months; however, I've found that the product has spoiled well before the shelf life end date. Though I liked the product originally, at $64.00 for 2oz, It's unacceptable that that product doesn't last for the entirety of its shelf life. The product was stored properly in the time that I've used it. It now has an off-putting smell and causes skin irritation and itching when applied. The remaining 50% of the products now has to be wasted. When I contacted the business, the most help they could offer was a recommendation for storage conditions, or have ******** HQ reach out to me to reassure me about the quality of the very clearly spoiled item in my possession. Very disappointed in the business ethics displayed here and I have concerns about their product quality and control.

      I am rejecting this response because: I have emailed you and you have provided not response other than to tell my that the product is over 1 year old. I already new this as evidenced by the spoiled product in my possession. You guarantee freshness for your natural products; however, the product clearly sat on your shelf for 6 months or longer before I received it. I need either a full refund for the spoiled product, or an exchange.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Prior to and during the BBB complaint process, I reached out to the company to resolve this matter. To date, they had done nothing to rectify they situation. They have offered neither a refund or an exchange for resolution as previously specified. I'm a customer that was subjected to poor business practices. Please keep this complaint in your log as they have done nothing to rectify the situation.
