The roofing project was over $840,000 and the actual roofing is good. The flashing around the chimney races was insufficient and we have had leaks in 8 units costing the *** over $20000. ******, the owner takes no ownership of the insufficient caulking. On top of that, they shoveled our roofs and damaged much of the siding. Again, no offer to repair the damage.Do not use them!

******************,We have tried to explain to you multiple times the leaks are caused by ice dams. We have removed 2' thick ice dams the past 2 *******. The roofs are not leaking when it rains. If there was an issue with the installation it would leak constantly. Once the ice dams were removed the roof did not leak. Ice dams are excluded in our warranty since we cannot prevent them from building up unless the roof is properly vented. We have proposed ideas on how to mitigate this issue with heat tape and provided you with an estimate. This will fix the problem with the ice dams. The siding on these buildings is deteriorated and it needs to be replaced. This is evidenced by the architectural renderings that the *** got over 10 years ago according to the board and they knew then the siding needed to be replaced. We did not damage any siding shoveling the roof. Please provide where my flashing is insufficient, and we will fix anything that is not up to building code.Review from Erik A

****** is as dishonest as they come. He submitted a final bill after two years to get completed and did not ever get a permit, had numerous items not up to code and would call screaming demanding payment. He eventually completed the needed code corrections and was paid. Now he has warranty issues with some of his work and I am within the contracted period of warranty and he refuses to warrant his work. He is not the person you will meet when he seeks your business. This town deserves better and there are better roofers and people. He is dishonest and overpriced.
