      Bought a full lift kit after calling company and verifying inventory. Placed order to a total over ******* waited nearly a year to receive a portion of the lift and only received this because I went to their office. Still owed control arms . Nisstec does not reply to e ails , does not answer the phone or return messages .

      On September 26, 2022, I had ordered car parts from this company totaling $2,293.00 from "Nisstec Lifts." ****, an employee at the establishment had told me "everything is in stock, and should ship out within a week or so." I have never received my products, and now their phone line is disconnected, and their website is down. I am among several people who have had their money stolen from this organization. I have not been in contact with the business in over 9 months now.This is order number NT10818. The same owner, ***************** *******, is still operating a business from the same address called "Xterra Performance." My concern is that they will continue to scam people their hard-earned money.

      I ordered a lift from this shop on September of 2022. They said wait times were 6 to 8 weeks. As of July 2023 I still have not received. I have called them many times and they just say my coilovers are on back order. As of May 2023 they don't answer the phone or emails. My bank tried to get my money back, but neither their bank nor they answer them.

      I ordered from them 4/2 2023 I was suppose to get a tracking number so I called and emailed 4/6 no response so I did the same thing the next day and so on then I filed a claim with my bank and it was denied because they said it was no refundable but I have received good or any money back. Since then I have called and tried to email no response now their website wont work.

      On October 6 2022, I purchased a lift kit for a truck at that time costing **** dollars, I was told 2 weeks out. Since that time I call once a month asking for an update, again they tell me because of covid another 2 weeks. Well now they are not answering their phone. It is unknown to me If they are even in business any more. As of May 30 I requested a total refund of ****.00 dollars, now nobody is answering the phone or the emails. This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I filled a police report for theft and fraud per my bank. I'm also looking at small claims court. I am tired of being the victim, I'm going to stand up against this company.

      Placed an order on Feb 2 2023 and called to check up on March 12. Payment was withdrawn, but order was never put through, so I would have to wait another 8 to 10 weeks if I still wanted the parts. I canceled. Was told to send proof of payment and emailed Nisstech a photo of the bank statement on March 13. Called the next day and they reviewed it over the phone with me. Said it would be about a week. Called May 12,15,16, nobody answering anymore. Also emailed and no response. Cannot get in contact with this company. As of today, May 23, 2023 have not seen a reimbursement or been able to contact Nisstech

      Purchased 10/7/2022 Paid $2300 for a Suspension Lift for a 2022 ****** Frontier After 8 months of waiting and being told numerous times to just be patient and wait I realized i have been had. Initially when i ordered they told me the wait would be 1 to 2 months.After 5 ,6, and 8 months I called repeatedly getting lucky with someone picking up the phone. Just more lies and more being told to wait and that they don't know when the items i ordered will show up. At month 8 i requested a refund that has yet to show up and i doubt ever will.They never contacted or updated me at all. I had to try and contact them everytime.Searching the ****** Forums, Their own FB Group (3rd Gen ****** Frontier)and their ****** Reviews I quickly realized my experience was not unique. What they do is sell a product they don't have, take your money up front, and never fulfill the order. They almost never answer the sales line but will answer the tech support line sometimes.***** CHANCE ******** Date Ordered: 10/7/2022 Order Number: NT10857

      I ordered a product (~$950) from this business in September of 2022. They quoted me a 4-8 week lead time. They have yet to deliver the product and will rarely answer the phone and never respond to emails.

      I placed an order thru Nisstec website for a ****** xterra and it was rear shocks Radflo brand on 5/22/22 this custom made shocks takes between 3 to 5 weeks depending on how busy is the shop I'm ok with that other times it takes longer than the expected time I'm ok too but I'm not ok when a shop like Nisstec takes your money out of your account but don't get the merchandise that's not ok.I waited almost 1 yr. And no luck, I called ******* whose the only person that answers the phone and I ask him for an update he told me around August my custom will be ready in September of 2022. September came in no shocks I called him again in November for another update he said because of shortage of parts January 2023 I said ok. January came in no shocks last time I called and spoke to him was March 2023 ask for a refund he was gonna charged me 20% to cancel my order, Honestly is not fair for me ******* wants to charge me 20% when I never received my rear custom shocks. I hope BBB could help me out and get my money back Nisstec owns me $684.31 and $74 dollars.

      Purchased 3 items on 12/29/2022 for $218.16. No updated from vendor, so I reached out asking for shipping update on 1/16/2023 and got no response. Reached out again on 1/20/2023, again no response. reached out a final time to cancel the order on 1/31/2023 and finally got a response, verbatim: "We will get this order cancelled and refunded to you as soon as possible. *******." It is 4/2/2023 and I have received no refund. I just filed a dispute with my credit card provider.
