The city of ******** is the utility company and is ripping off the residents here. They 'estimate or guess costs instead of coming to read the meter. My bill is always very expensive $300 to $400 a month and never changes, even when I left town for 3 months (turned everything off) my bills were higher than when I was there using everything! Because they guess and put whatever they want on the bill- I have met with the staff and they do not do anything and are the rudest people.They have cut off my power several times without fallowing the steps in the code book And are breaking the law, and don't seem to care about their citizens. Please help us here in Trinidad where we pay 4-5 times the amount that I did in *************** monthly bill in ********* for 3 br house was $50- $75 average. Here in Trinidad co it's $200-$400 a month for a 3 br house. Nobody can afford those prices here.
