  Aryran requested a check for $10,000 dollars prior to starting the project to buy materials. I provided the check on 7/21/23 and work started end ofJuly 2023. Soon after Aryan requested another check for $10,000 9/19/2023. The total estimate was $37,000. During the demo the hose spigot was pulled on causing an internal leak in our home. The copper pipe was bent at the weld and caused an over night water leak that damage the ceiling of our basement bathroom. Fault was admitted and we were promised that Aryan and his team would make it right with a drywall repair. Our house was supposed to be prepped for installing the siding sheets of ******** **** ****** ***** l. However, as a homeowner and not a professional, I was not made aware of the important steps that would later be skipped, overlooked and botched by who I trusted to be licensed and insured professionals. The existing walls of our home were not shimmed, or studded correctly resulting in a lack of secure fixings. Furthermore, boards are bowed, not level and not flush to one another. Windows and doors did not receive flashing or drip lines that will result in moisture getting behind the siding that will later result in mold and damage. The OSB wrap was not taped all around, nor does it fall to the correct length to protect our home. The siding was not installed with the correct nails, this causes the boards to be spongy and not hold in several places all around the house. The south east corner does not have any fixes and could be torn off in wind. The end goal of the design is board and batten finish design . With that, nails should only be within 2” or so inches of the siding edges so they are covered. Almost all of our of our siding edges do not align with a stud, nor do the batten spacers not in a 16” or 22” format. Ayrans home improvement placed nails (incorrect fixings) all throughout the siding sheets, resulting in damage to the product and an unprofessional finish.

  Ayran was thinking ********* would sign the contract once materials had been ordered but she didn't and proceeded to work with ******* home improvement and the referral to Rusty is not a contract Ayran just provided her another Contractor here are the forms that ********* did not sign.

  Firstly, the materials on the receipt provided are not the materials that were delivered. 
  

  The materials on the receipt provided all of the colour plus siding variety that is a lot more expensive than what I received.

  Delivered by Ayran Were non-primed non-painted fibre cement boards. 
  

  NOT The smooth ********, Home colour, plus birch tree that he presented on a fraudulent receipt. The boards I received our a fraction of the cost of what I was charged for. 
  

  Secondly, the product proceeded to be installed against all common siding practices, resulting in damage to all materials. 
  This is the equivalent of receiving an item all of it being damaged and the company saying there’s nothing they can do about it. This is extremely poor business practice. Far from professional and is no surprised to myself that this business, so they called themselves has multiple insurance claims against them as well as a police report. 
  

  I have worked only with Ayran, all correspondence has been with Aaron. He has people that work for him as this is not a Singleton handyman type project. 
  

  He even said his self when he decided to post publicly getting him a police report for character, defamation, saying that he and only he was looking for crew to work on my project and sprinkled in some disgusting allegations. He spelt out for himself. I’ve already sent you those screenshots.. Everything from day one has been documented.

  There is a contractor calling Ayran and Harrasing him he stated ********* ********* had him. This is unfortunate that she is doing stuff like this and she is owed nothing she came to an agreement with Ayran about getting her stuff fixed but now I don't think it is safe to deal with her on any level.

  I am rejecting this response because: Literally have no idea what you’re talking about. The only people that would be contacting you in regards to me would be your insurance company maybe you’ve got the terminology wrong? and yes, I’m sure they do have some pretty harassing questions for you because of the level of disgrace you have bought upon yourself. Which we will get to. 

  I can see how you would feel really threatened by me, and I understand why you wouldn’t want to work with somebody that you have lied to, and been found out. Seemingly caught red-handed. Every time you respond you come up with a completely redundant lie that I have black and white proof that, that didn't happen, and simply doesn't stand up. 

  The WORST one yet, that I have proven not only to myself, the insurance company, and when I feel like it, court that you're a their, this is fraudulent robbery and you will get done for this.

  I have the actual invoice in my hand, my $3202.11 invoice that reflects the exact item that you and your team installed 100% incorrectly  The **** ***** were really helpful in getting me the correct invoice with my address on it, shout out to them and their suspicions of you.

  BBB Attached is the invoice that I recovered from **** *****. You can compare that, to the previous one I sent in, also attached for a ridiculous $7915.76. This contractor takes advantage of people not in the trade. This contractor is ordering more expensive material, taking the invoice and charging the client, then cancelling the order and ordering a cheap material, pocketing the difference. In my case Ayran stole $4713.65, I feel for all the others he has ripped off. He did this with confidence, doubling down on text messages.

  You literally cannot make can not make this stuff up, it’s disgusting. Ayran Lied, he’s lied so many times. I went **** ***** and they provided me with the invoice for the actual product that is on my house, what a result, lets keep moving in honesty going forward.

  BBB did offer binding arbitration to settle the matter. We did not hear back from the consumer either accepting or rejecting our offer.
