            My truck was towed to Wellington diesel on 1/1/22. After about a week it was diagnosed by them as failed fuel injectors. After many calls to the shop and two more weeks later, they tell me they finished the injectors but it’s not running correctly. I paid 3,300 for truck repairs and still had to tow my truck to another shop. My truck was looked at and determined to need another 2,200 of work done, 719.00 of it just to fix the mistakes made by the Wellington diesel. I talked to Brian, a co owner of Wellington diesel and he told me he would make it right. Although when Brian and I spoke he refused to acknowledge the repairs needed to correct their errors. He also refused to show proof of injector testing which he said he had done. I’m out 2,000 because of this shop and their unethical business practices. All I asked for was labor and repair costs that Wellington diesel caused.

            Our Tractor broke down in Colorado and we had it towed to Wellington Diesel after reading some of the reviews, which were all good. The truck was towed Mid-December of 2021. After paying ahead of time for the overhaul, over 45K, we patiently waited for the tractor to be fixed. After receiving at least 2 more invoices totaling over 5K, we were finally able to pick the tractor up near the end of April 2022 (4 months in lost revenue) and head back to homebase in Wyoming. Within a few miles my driver had to pull over due to the purge tank connectors blowing out. Finally, after another few weeks we were able to pick the tractor up again and head home. Sadly, when we got the tractor to our home base we had to put it into another shop. Our driver had loaded his personal vehicle onto the trailer to get back to home base and found that his personal car was splattered with oil. Our local shop had found bolts missing, wrong sized bolts, parts missing, oil pan had been heated and welded in several spots and was leaking, hood cable not hooked up and heater lines on engine not clamped. The list goes on and on. The bill from our local shop was over 5K. We sent the bill from our local shop to Wellington Diesel and have not heard anything from them. No sorry, this was our bad and we will take care of it or even them reaching out to us to apologize. Our tractor/trailers travel to Colorado a few times a week and in the future if we have any breakdowns, we will NOT be using Wellington Diesel.
