They did a prerelease on a future disc that was coming out. They offered a few different color combos. After waiting the month to get my disc it was the wrong colors. Then i noticed a large post online of others making the exact same claim. I emailed the company trying to resolve the issues. They told Firstly that the color i got was what i ordered but had blended differently than they had expected. After a few emails he stated that they didn't have my color it was sold out. So that being said they sent what they could. Not what i had ordered. The color is a big part of what we purchased these things for. So it's a big deal.Business response

We provided the customer a return label free of charge. Once we receive the product back, the customer will receive a full refund as promised. We will not, however, let the customer keep the product and also receive a refund. Especially after the way he treated our customer service department. Again, once we receive the product back, we will be happy to process a FULL REFUND.
