JOS did foundation work on a house that I purchased in Oct. 2021. The house came w a 50 year transferrable warranty. I called and they came to work on the issues, they tore out basement drywall and did not resolve the issue or repair what they damaged. The house continues to sink in one corner and now, there's cracks along the walls and ceilings, bathroom tiles have cracked, the outside bricks are separating and doors won't close. I've tried communicating and they will not respond. It has now been over a year since they damaged the property. I'm looking at over $30k in damages to get it resolved. I've tried to issue a complaint in the past but BBB was unable to locate our get a response from the company.Initial Complaint

I purchased a house that had structural work done by JOS and part of that was a 50 year transferable warranty on the work done. I noticed cracks forming, walls and doors shifting, and additional settling of the house. I contacted JOS in May 2022 and the owner came to inspect and stated I was right to call him. He then scheduled a time w me to start work first week of June. I am required to be home for all work done- Important because most scheduled appointments after the first two were no call no show which does impact me personally and financially. They worked a few hours removing drywall and they left w/.o cleaning up the debris. The came again, removed more drywall. They did show up one Saturday to dig around the front and address those issues.After numerous requests for a reasonable time frame and to simply let me know if they are not coming, the no call no shows continued. I requested the work be done and the drywall be repaired by Sept 15 2022. It was not done. The last contact was another appointment with no call and no show. It has almost been an entire year since I've originally called and now I have outside bricks separating, doors that won't close, cracks in bathroom tiles, ceilings and walls along with the holes and drywall damage. I have warned ion legal action but am going the route to try and let the company do the right thing and honor the warranty as well as repair the cosmetic and various damages caused by their inability to do the original work to a functional capacity (cracks formed within six months or original work) and repair the damages they caused as well as the damages incurred by their negligence by not doing the work in a timely manner.Initial Complaint

I hired Josua from JOS construction for a structure job. I gave him a 50% deposit up front. He showed up a few times and then disappeared. Doesn't answer his phone or email. I am taking legal action against him. Dont hire this thief.
