      Bought a Groupon. First time Ive ever used Groupon. Scheduled online with Groupon. Vendor contacted me directly, said she saw my Groupon purchase and the day I selected online was not available. I scheduled a different date and showed up to my appointment then. I noticed the Merchants posted prices are cheaper than the Groupon prices, which made me feel pretty weird. Brought it up and she nervously laughed a little. Should have left then.The merchant told me that she could not accept my Groupon voucher because it did not show on her end (but shes the one who contacted me for scheduling after my purchase of the voucher???). I showed the voucher to her on my phone. She scanned it with her phone and said it didnt accept it on her end, showing me a screen shot saying no voucher found. She charged me out of pocket and told me to contact Groupon customer support for a refund. Have been trying to contact them for over a week with absolutely no help. They have told me to contact her for a refund. Now the Groupon voucher shows it was used. I got scammed for $240. The groupon voucher was $115, in person she charged me $125. She was paid by groupon for the voucher. I have contacted her and she has blown me off and will not issue a refund of one of the payments.

      Dear, 

      So she bought from Groupon. Groupon charge her money, they send me email letting me know this client has booked. I reached out to her to book appointment. On the system of Groupon, i tried to redeem the voucher but its shown invalid, so its mean the system failed. So when she get on the appointment I explained to her i dont get paid from Groupon if the voucher no show on system. So in the meantime i have to get paid for what i do, i did tell her to contact Groupon, i also did contact Groupon to help her fix this. I tomd her to give it sometime for the Groupon fix it. She just no patient, hit me up calling me scammer, stealing her money. Nobody steal her money either my business or Groupon, it just a problem to deal with. Im still hearing from them. I have attached their answer with the isse. She talking rude to me, calling my business is scam. Thats really over react and mak myself and my business look bad. I keep telling her if Groupon doesnt do anything then i will give her money, its meant i did her lash for FREE. But if she keep calling my business is scam i will ask lawyer for help to protect my business from people making it look bad. 100$ is nothing to let her calling me scammer .

      I paid to have my eyebrows microbladed by the owner of VT Lash and Brow. On the follow up appointment I asked her to add some strokes to fill in areas that were bare on one eyebrow, and on the other one because it is significantly higher than the other. She got mad at me, stormed around her office, handed me the needle and told me to do it myself. And then never fixed anything. I texted her after they healed to ask her again to fix my eyebrows and she refused. I now have to put makeup on them everyday in order to try and even them out. After paying for her service fully and not getting the desired outcome. She did not care that I am not satisfied and refused to give me a refund.

      im sorry for late response. Just got to see your email now. So the work i have done on her eyebrow was really good. After healed is way better than before. I have pictures of before and after to prove that my works was good. I dont know why she keep trying to force me to over do her briw, of course if its not good i would try to fix but it look great already and i dont want to ruin it. She tried to get money back even though the work is great, thats not fair. She gave me bad reviews and that not fair either. I can send pictures if you want to see what i have done. I was not rude to her, but i have to refused her from getting money back because she tried to take advantage of me. I hope you guys can understand and help me in this case. Thank you so much !!!

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I spent $350 having my eyebrows micro bladed so that I wouldn't have to  put makeup on everyday. I still have to put makeup on everyday because Van was unwilling to do the job I asked her to do. I wanted my eyebrows done especially for the summer when I'll be in pools and the ocean and my makeup will wear off. The eyebrows she did were about half of what I wanted, with not enough coverage and missing spots all together. This will be very obvious while swimming and I'm unhappy. When ever I've told her that she claims she did a great job. If they're not done the way I wanted then it's not a great job. 90's style eyebrows are not in, she left me with thin, sparse eyebrows which I don't like. When asked to add more strokes she started acting crazy and handed me the needle and told me to do it myself. If I felt comfortable doing that I wouldn't have come to her in the first place.

      I'm left with an unfinished product and every time I've tried to have her correct or finish it I'm met with hostility. I would never want her near my eyebrows now after how she has reacted, but do feel that with a job half done I should have half of my money back.

      Hi team, 

      Is there anyway i can post my work before and after the brow i have done for her. I have done brow many years without any complaints about it. You can take a look and give your comments if it bad works, i dont understand why she keep asking me to add more when it can ruin out. She paid me and just wanted money back for the thing that i did nothing wrong. She was attitude to me telling me she would post bad reviews and want money back and she was over saying that im bad im rude, did bad job. So if its beyond what is right. I might has to ask my lawyer to support cause she has been trying to take advantage and made me feel so stressed.
