Co ************** was quickly to show up in ********* with a drone to check out the roofs. We were out of town, and our neighbors helped to have them check our roof. After checking it out, they stated the peaks needed tarped. I called my insurance ** and they said if the roofer says the peaks are needed, have them do it. So we did.About 3 days later they begin tarping the full roof and I (still out of town) get a call from a neighbor who asked if I approved the roofer tarping the whole roof. I had not. We had not signed any agreement for them to tarp the full roof and did not have a price. They told me they work directly through the insurance **mpany. After maybe 6 hours (spread over 2 days) of tarping, they bill the insurance agent $13k and claim it is emergency tarping. After doing research and getting info from other roofing **mpanies, the tarping should not have exceeded $3,500...no where near the $13.5 They then had to take the tarps off so the insurance inspector **uld check it out. They ripped the tarps off, leaving all the nails and scraps laying around the yard, as I told them I found a different roof **mpany.I got the check from the insurance agent for their bill and called the insurance to let them know that they were not authorized to roof the full roof, plus two other roofers (including the inspector) said there were no signs of it needing tarped. A **uple spots would have needed caulking, but that was it. They told me to let the roofing **mpany know that they needed to provide a revised invoice based on what they actually did at a fair price.Co ************** responded by threatening to file a lien against our property and became defensive. It has been a terrible experience for us dealing with them, especially being out of town and ending our trip early to get back to see the damage they did. I would highly re**mmend you find a credible **mpany to do roof repair before you have them step foot on your property.

Went against the insurance company estimate of what was to be repaired/replaced. Did their own thing without consulting us the home owner. Lied to us about the roof replacement and creating a whole new roof. Did internal damage to our ceilings through out the home with no attempt to repair said damages. Made false promises when pitching their sale to get the contract signed. Have not completed said items listed on the insurance claim they were provided and then left the outside property trashed. Ruined 2 gardens and garden hose! I will NOT give them a 5 star review as I have had little to no contact with them unless I have to push the issue. I'm sorry I went with them and will not give a recommendation. If your interested in them do your homework. They will make promises and not deliver. They are supposed to come to our hone and do 2 more repairs but I wont hold my breath. It's hard to get a straight answer from them bit boy they want their money. Insurance won't even send final payment tell all work is done and they actually send paperwork that was requested weeks ago.

I absolutely love this company and the people that work here. At first I didn't understand how to get a free roof through my insurance and they walked my through it step by step. The project manager for my area was so nice and understanding about my roof. He was the most realistic person I have meet and only wanted the best for my home. If I could give this company 10 stars I would!!!
