Champion Heating and Cooling is great. I can't say enough about them. I had water spraying onto my furnace from a broken pipe and they got out here within 30 mins and had everything sorted out within the hour. It was really nice they didn't have to go get materials and everything they needed was on their truck. The price was right as well. Their website says Fast Affordable Efficient I think that is a great description of this business Kudos and Good Job we really appreciate itReview from Andy Y

We bought a coupon on Groupon for a furnace cleaning. Spent $75. When **** came to our home he tried to charge me $400 per furnace. We have 2 furnaces! I kicked him out of our house right away and hired a person that charged me $100 for both furnaces. He upcharges after we bought the Groupon. Waste of $75. He can have it and give it away to another customer!Review from R. G.

?? DO NOT HIRE Champion Heating Cooling and Plumbing??We paid a rush fee, so that the tech would come within the hour. Upon arriving, I could tell from his demeanor that we were dealing with someone who thought he was Gods gift to earth. **** spent the next two hours in my home, acting like a complete a** ?Our home is by no means spectacularly clean when it comes to toys and clutter but when it comes to dirt, dust and grime, absolutely not. SO and I are diligent about that. I had recently installed a reusable filter in the system that when we had been checking, it looked exceptionally clean. **** essentially looked at SO, called us stupid and said it needed to be clean. He continued to talk poorly about us and our home, to be honest, I wanted to ask him to leave but I wanted warmth back in my home more. During this time, I think he spent more time talking himself and his expertise up than he actually did with our furnace closet door open (like he didnt even open the door). He told us he had only been doing this 9 years and alarms started going off, the way the company presented itself online, I thought they had been in business longer than that. I immediately started googling everything he was saying and was finding (from multiple, legitimate sources) that he was wrong. In the end, **************** it up to youre actually just lazy and need to change the filter more. turns out, we likely need to replace the entire system. After doing some research, I decided to dispute the charge with my bank for unsatisfactory services. This morning, I received an incredibly angry phone call from **** which I ended up putting on speaker so SO could hear because he was being so loud that it kind of blew my mind. During all of this, **** had again called me stupid, asked me if I even knew what ****** was, and was continually insulting me, calling me names and demanding to speak to SO alone because he was the man.Champion Heating Cooling and Plumbing LLC Response

We went out for a no heat service call on 12-1-22. Temp was set at 71 on stat and was reading 69. customer expressed system couldn't satisfy stat. checked filter, it was dirty and was also a merv 11 filter known in the industry to cause airflow restrictions even when they are fresh and clean. We do not recommend merv 11 filters for residential systems so we recommended other options like uv lights, electronic air cleaners, air scrubbers ect rather then a merv 11 and guided ****** toward a merv 6-8 filter. Customer said they would look into it. ********************** performed a carbon monoxide test while filling out the invoice in our van. I did take some extra time to confirm there wasnt any carbon monoxide reading and our invoice confirms we read 0 on the carbon monoxide meter. when we went into ******'s home the carbon monoxide meter read 0 so Champion offered the customer a ************************************************************************************ if the furnace just wouldn't work we would gladly come out free of charge and if you weren't happy with the previous tech we would have gladly sent out another tech to reinspect at no charge. ****** never reached out to us to inform us of any issues. Jan 11, 2023 ****** filed a dispute with her credit card company without informing champion heating of any issue whatsoever. When I learned of the charge back on Jan 20th 2023 I assumed it might have been a mistake so I just reach out to ****** to see if it was a mistake or try and correct a issue. ****** was immediately confirmational and hung up on me. I was concerned cause she said the information I provided her wasn't available online so I screen shot the ****** search I recommended she look up and apologized for there issue. ****** has since took a campaign up to slander my business even though she never paid for the service she is complaining about. Champion would have gladly stepped up to make any situation right but ****** never gave us the opportunity and again ****** never paid for the service.Customer Response

Its hardly slander when there are dozens of other comments backing it up. Your screenshot wasnt even from a reputable source. I was able to counter every piece of your knowledge with evidence based research. I filed a claim for unsatisfactory service, there was no way I was allowing you back in my home. Your demeanor is incredibly insulting, you act so rude and your knowledge is absolutely questionable. I was not confrontational at all and have recordings to prove it. You called me asking for an explanation and proceeded to name call and yell over me instead. I will now be contacting the Attormey General and Secretary of State since you posted my personal information online and also have had your friends sending me harassing messages. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT HAVE **** AT YOUR HOUSE UNLESS SOMEONE ELSE IS THERE WITH YOU. We had **** out initially to do the furnace inspection and at the time, he seemed professional. He had a follow up program that seemed a little expensive, but he was pushy and we wanted to make sure our inspections were occurring at regular intervals so we signed on. Part of the program was free call outs and a discount on service. We needed a simple faucet installation, and we scheduled with ***. When he came out, he said there was a 2.5 hour minimum. I was a bit annoyed because I wish he had been upfront about the minimum as other companies were. I said to go ahead since he was already at the house. The faucet installation took ***** minutes, and when he was done, he provided the **** that included the 2.5 hour minumum (for over $300) and a service visit (for almost $200). I was shocked because I have never been charged a service fee that wasn't applied to the work that was done if you completed work with that company. This has been consistent across several home related industries that we have worked with in our multiple homes and rentals. It was also shocking that he would charge this huge amount considering we paid extra to join his "customer maintenance program." When we said that we thought these charges were unreasonable, and he should have been upfront about the charges when we initially booked the appointment, **** became extremely aggressive and rude. He was screaming at both my husband and I at our house. I simply told him that he should be more transparent with his pricing, especially for customers in his membership. We had to ask him several times to leave the house because he was shouting at us. I am so thankful my husband happened to be home at the time, because it would have been an even scarier situation for me otherwise.
