Reached out to the company to secure a pink limo to drive to and from an event. I very clearly stated that I wanted the pink limo. In the rate estimate email that I was sent back, the business included a picture of the exact pink limo that I requested, along with a note that a red/pink carpet roll out would be included. The day of, a party bus arrived for the service. This is not what we ordered. The driver was nice enough to look up our reservation and discover that we had never been booked for the pink limo. Unfortunately, there were 7 of us and we had an appointment to keep, and there was not way to arrange alternate transportation in time, so we did use the party bus. When I later emailed the owner about the mix up, he was rude and defensive and accused me and my party of giving his business a one star review and mentioned that if that had not happened, he would have been happy to provide a partial refund. When I then informed him that it was not me or anyone in my party who left the review, he stopped responding altogether, even after another email was sent to him. The other one star reviews on the business make it clear this is far from a one time occurrence and me and the 6 other people in my party will also be leaving 1 star reviews as a result of how this was handled. After stating that he would have provided a partial refund if not for the review (that we did not make), he refused to make good on that. endangering minors....having them push a vehicle with known issues by, what ****** the owner acknowledged of a driver that didn't know what he was supposed to do when a car broke down. ****** and his transportation manager offered to fully compensate in writing with his approval on the invoice and in email for a package whenever I wanted for A 15 passenger limo, only to pull pack the offer when I booked it for homecoming and promised ******************************************************************* a separate email blame my daughter... a 15 year old for his negligence in writing. all because he says it is not "FAIR" to him. this offer was made by his company, not me, not what I asked for only the owner to renege on his approved contract. State regulatory commission has been notified. I am not even close to the first with the same issue. Do your homework on this company and the owner and you will find the sunset will be going down on this companyInitial Complaint

I rented a party bus from Sunset on 6/10/22 to go to a concert, then to bars afterward, and eventually home. The ride to the concert was fine. However, the ride afterwards, the bus kept losing power about every 1-2 minutes meaning the A/C, lights, and sound system kept going out. They would be out for a minute or two, then would come back on for a few seconds and immediately go out again. It was very hot so the driver graciously rolled down the partition and her front windows so we could at least have some air flow since the ** wouldn't work. But the lights and music (aka the party) on the party bus kept going out, which meant it wasn't really a party as we were stuck riding in the dark quiet for the entire latter half of our night. We thought this might be an issue with the power convertor and that the ** might of been overpulling, so we even had the driver shut the ** off completely to see if at least the lights and music would stay on so we could enjoy ourselves, but that didn't work either.The driver was vary carrying and apologetic. She indicated she had never seen this happen before but assured us that it was entirely unacceptable and let us know she would bring it to the attention of the owner so he could address it with us. I called on the following Monday (6/13) to follow up with them about the issue. The person I spoke with told me that they would call me back and they never did. I have since called them an additional 2 times trying to check in and see if I could talk to someone. After reexplaining everything that happened 3 different times when calling in, I have been told each time that they were looking into and would call me back. Here we are 2 weeks later and no one has called back and the just keep giving me the run around when I call. I would like to request a partial refund as we rented a party bus that had fundamental issues and therefore wasn't even a party at least 1/2 the night, but the management is intentionally ignoring my contact attempts
