    The plumber did a good job installing a new toilet, and I gave him a good review..however the charge to install was $579 . Extremely expensive!!! He also flushed the water heater at no extra chargeI bought the toilet at Lowes their charge is is $297 to installand could have been out within a day or twoI regret agreeing to pay $579 but was anxious to get the toilet installed since it was basically useless as it was. Also they try to ****** more work and expensive service contracts.I will never use this company again !!!

    **** was THE BEST! He determined that all I needed was the correct drain cap. He even found me one from ******! Im so relieved. I was afraid the problem was going to be complicated and costly. Yay for ****! I love this company!

    I've used Needham several times. Most recently to do an AC tune-up. They have been prompt, conscientious and thorough. I plan on using them in the future.

    ****** was great! He preformed the new freeze-proof faucet install in no time flat. And his cleanup after the job completion was exemplary.We have Needham Plumbing on our must use vendor list for the future.

    The plumber came out to figure out why my toilet wasnt flushing properly. He figured out that I just needed a new toilet. Didnt charge me a dime! I was really impressed with the honesty and not charging me for a ten minute evaluation.
