I've been trying to reach a manager at Pickleball Foodpub since 2/15. I've called and emailed numerous times, too many to count, all with no response. I am a "priority member) at this business, allowed to reserve courts in advance and per their website cancel within 24 hours of the reservation with no penalty. That isn't the case. I had court reservations for 2/4, 2 hours, I cancelled within the time frame and was only refunded 1/2, i am owed $40. I had a court reservation for 2/11 for 2 hours, 2 courts, I cancelled within 24 hours and was only refunded half, I am owed $80. I had court reservations 2/18, cancelled within 24 hours and was not refunded anything, owed $160. Total owed $280. The business will not respond, They have their script down pat, you need to speak with a manager, one isn't here, "I'll have someone call you", no call is ever received. When you call when the manager is supposed to be there,... they are always doing something, out getting something to eat, not available.Initial Complaint

Feb 2022: Founding Member paid annual membership.Benefits = 2 week advance court rez, 10% off rez, 72 hr cxls.Over 100 members of my pball club joined Pub, received refunds when cxls. Rez = 1 person using their CC on court reserve for entire group of 4.I made Rez for 12/14 and 12/18 - card charged but did not receive member discount.12/11- I cxl 12/14 Rez on court reserve- but no refund.12/13 I try to cxl 12/18 rez, but ************* broken- I call business and notify ***.I request GM to call me- no response to get my refunds.I send email through website that night with same request, no response.I try to call on 12/15 numerous times- no answer, always straight to VM.I sent another email.Call from Owner ***- he says No refunds, never refunds- I know this is false.He then said policies changed in Dec.I ask how and when did you notify members of change- no response.I again ask for refund and he says NO.Pub keeps money for cxls, only give credit if you personally ask (confirmed by many members).Deciding to stop giving refunds for proper cancelations was never communicated to members.Stopping member discounts was never communicated to members, despite his email that memberships were valid through Feb 2023.I said in full transparency, Im going to BBB.He said Dont threatened **** said, Not a threat, its a fact.Despite speaking to ********, sending 2 emails through "contact us" on website and leaving 2 voicemails to cancel ****** for 12/18- it continued to show as active rez in *************. I sent final email on 12/16 with this info- but I received a "reservation reminder" email on 12/17 for 12/18.It appears they intentionally kept ****** on the books despite the 10 + times I requested it to be cxled.I want a full refund of $152.00 for the two reservations I canceled well within 72 hrs advance notice as a paying founding member customer.
