*** iROOF NEITHER RESPONDING/HONORING CONTRACT - 2018 HAIL DAMAGE CLAIM AND I STILL NEED THIRD ROOF CORRECTLY INSTALLED UP TO ***************** CODE DUE TO THEIR TWO PREVIOUS ROOF INSTALLATIONS FAILING ***************** INSPECTION. *** $33k PAID BY MY INSURANCE COMPANY FOR TWO ROOFS SINCE ********************************* 2022 I AM STILL DEALING WITH iROOF'S FAILURE TO INSTALL ROOF #3 - HOPEFULLY UP TO CODE - NOW THEY'RE AVOIDING ME AND BLOWING ME OFF - THANKS ***********************!!!*** ******* TRIED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH JAIMIE'S INSURANCE BUT HE ISN'T A ROOFER SO "NO COVERAGE" DENIAL OF CLAIM.*** ******* WILL NOT PROVIDE iROOF'S INSURANCE FOR SUBMISSION OF A CLAIM AND IS NO LONGER RESPONDING TO ME ABOUT INSTALLATION OF THIRD ROOF (COMPLIANT WITH ***************** CODES). The proposed repairs do not adequately address the deficiencies noted in my Final Determination Report. As indicated in the report, portions of the work were not inspected as required, were identified as improperly installed during my inspection, or were noted as deficient in prior inspections and not re-inspected as required. Additionally, some of the deficiencies addressed in Paulinas message appear to be the result of poor-quality workmanship (The wrinkles shown on the roof are from lack of heat; All of the pipes need to be reflashed as stated and will be taken care of. As well as the skylight in the front.; As far as the peeling on the flashings, those flashings are required to be primed, so that will be completed, and the cap sheet will adhere properly with added heat.). The opinions stated in my Final Determination Report remain unchanged and it remains my opinion that determination of achievement of full compliance with applicable codes and manufacturers specifications requires replacement of the roof with performance of all required inspections at the appropriate phases in the installation process of the new roof covering. *************************************, C.B.O., *****************

In 2018,Mr.Walker received a new roof from iRoof and Restoration. When pulling a permit with the city, the city did not inform iRoof that new insulation would be needed for the reroof. They issued the permit without requiring insulation to be added. The roof was then put on. Upon inspection of this roof, the city then said that new insulation was needed. iRoof stripped the roof and added insulation, per code and new OSB. iRoof then applied another new roof (the 2nd roof), out of pocket for iRoof, as this was NOT covered by Mr. *********************** company. Only the original roof replacement was covered. This roof was installed in November per request of the homeowner as he did not want to wait any longer for a new roof. A permit was pulled through the city and the required inspections were completed; insulation, decking and mid roof. The inspector,  *******, did not note the passing of the mid roof inspection in his system, but noted the insulation and OSB. Phillip also informed the roofer on site that the roof passed, as well as called ******* and let her know that it passed and the workers could resume work and complete the roof. The roof was completed and a final roof inspection was called in. At the time of inspection, ******* no longer worked for the city of Littleton. This inspection did not pass, as there were items that needed to be addressed. iRoof sent their subcontractor back out to complete repairs and **************** did not want him to complete them. He wanted a new roof to be installed. The material manufacturer and material supplier has advised that a new roof is not needed and all required repairs can be made without replacing the entire roof. Again, the roofer agreed to go out and complete the repairs, as needed. **************** was set on receiving a new roof. At some point, communication with the roofer ended, as he was not willing to replace the entire roof. ******* submitted a claim to his insurance company. The claim was denied since the roof is not damaged, nor is it improperly installed. There are items to be repaired and said roofer has previously agreed to complete those. **************** then field a claim with iRoof's insurance, which was also denied for the same reasons. The roof is not damaged or improperly installed. The inspector with the Littleton building department will not allow for a core sample or pulling up a corner or the roof to show the multiple layers, which is common practice. ******* has been in contact with **************** for months and was at no time blowing **************** off. iRoof will provide emails directly from the material manufacturer showing what items need to be repaired per installation guidelines and showing that at no time would they recommend tearing the entire roof up to show proof of a base sheet. iRoof and Restoration is a general contractor and sub contracts all work out. All subcontractors carry insurance and return to job sites to complete repairs as needed.
