    On September 15, Ive singed a contract with Restoration Builders of Colorado, for preforming my roof repairs, or new roof installations that is called silver system packet in the contract, according to the contract it was described as *** Timberline HDZ shingles + 4 *** Custom accessories. At the time I signed the contract, I was assured by the salesperson that I worked with that the work will be done within a week after they receive the payment. On October 2nd I endorsed my insurance claim check to the Restoration Builders of Colorado in the amount of $16,604.78 to pay for the work. After they received the check, all the stories changed, and they were too busy to work on my roof. On November 10th they finally got some contractors to my house, after they left late at night, they left a big mass around my property. Bunch of nails was laying on my driveway, and my gutters was plugged with degrees from the old roofing materials (pictures are included). I got on the roof the next day, to inspect it, and discovered improper installation. 1.loose shingles.2.Step-flashing was not replaced on the front of the house.3.according to the *** installation procedure, the water barrier is supposed to be installed at leas 5 inches up to the wall, it was not done, as it is not possible to install with not replacing step-flashing. Which might result in severe damage to my property, caused by unproper installation of the roof. 4.Step-flashing on the site of the house (where they did replace it, is not aligned properly. I have contacted my sales representative, complaining about the work not being completed properly, the degrees left in the gutters, and around the house. He promised me to have someone come over and fix it all. A day later, after I have cleaned up the nails of my driveway, and seeped the black debris of my driveway, he come out and walked around with the magnet to pick the nails. None of the other issues have been addressed as of now. They even cannot clean my gutters from the debris of the old roof. After making few attempts to contact the sales rep and the company by the main phone number, I got a response from the sales rep that he has is scheduled to be addressed today. But as of today, I have received a text message from my sales rep informing me that they will not be doing anything to address improper installation, **** shingles, net replaced step-flashing, step-flashing that is out of alignment, he will have some one clean the gutters on Monday now, and they will have the inspector on Tuesday to sign the completion. They never posted the permit for the work, also as to my knowledge there was supposed to be mid roof inspection done as well, which was not preformed ether.

    Restore was contracted to replace my roof due to hail damage. We were very concerned about how clean the process would be as we have backyard pets, but were assured the crew would be putting tarps down all over the work area to catch trash / debris, and there was nothing to worry about.It'll be quicker to list offenses of the install crew than tell the whole story.1. They Trampled through our flowers and landscaping, in addition to throwing plywood sheets and debris from the roof onto our plants and bushes with no regard whatsoever for our property. 2. They were rude to our neighbors when one of their trucks was blocking my neighbor's driveway.3. They dumped water from my evap cooler down the vent into the house such that I had a puddle of water on my hardwood floors.4. They had 2 tarps at best, nowhere near enough to cover the work area, and they were both full of holes such that they were basically useless.5. To 'clean up', they used a leaf blower to blow trash and shingle debris into our backyard, including the enclosure we have for our backyard pets. We had to pick up all sorts of trash, including cigarette butts, from their enclosure, before they could be let into it again. Outside of the enclosure, there were so many large piles of shingle debris and granules, that I had to rent a shop vac and spend the weekend vacuuming my backyard so we could let our pets out of their enclosure. 6. The installation didn't pass inspection and a different team had to be sent out to fix the original crew's mistakes.When I brought all of this to Restore's attention, no effort was made to make it right. They didn't offer to compensate my shop vac rental or the time I spent cleaning their mess, they didn't care about the puddle of water on my hardwood floors or the landscaping that had been trampled. Instead I was told 'you can't put a price on a bad experience', which might be the most insane thing I've ever heard from a customer service representative. What a joke.
