We called ******************* on June 23rd, 2022,about racoons in our fireplace chimney. He came right out and put some odor stuff on a rag and a light on a cord and put it down the chimney. We paid him the total amount by check, $399.00. He started giving excuses After being out here three times. It got to be longer times before he would even answer the text messages. We were patient waiting for the lob to get done. He promised to come out and finish cleaning and fogging the fireplace and chimney, but has not done so to this day. He will not even answer our text messages. July 23rd was the last text message we got from him. My last text message to him was on July 27th, 2022 when I asked him if he would refund half of our money (for a job only half done) or come out and finish. To be honest, he did respond right away at first and got part of the job done(even though I had to climb onto the roof to put the cap on the chimney. I believe he owes us at least half of our money to be refunded. I don't know if he thinks he can take advantage of us since we are seniors, or, if he just doesn't care. At this point, what can we do? I do have all of his text messages showing his promise to finish.********************* ******************
