  Hired Custom Design and construction/*********************** as general contractor to rehab a home in ******. The contract was for $51,000. The contract was for exterior/interior home renovations including demolition, repairs to siding and painting, removal of wheelchair ramp, fencing, landscaping, replacement of all interior doors, baseboard, refinishing hardwood floors, installation of kitchen cabinets, install bathtub, vanity, tile and painting.On November 8, 2022, *********************** went into my property, removed all the materials delivered for the ********* to install, stole the key, and changed the lockbox code. A partial list of stolen items: interior doors, baseboard, closet doors, kitchen cabinet crown molding, toe kick, scribe, grout, and paint.Additionally, he has not paid his sub-contractors and owes the ********* over $6,000 and landscaper money. He may owe other subs that I am not aware of. He was paid 3 construction draws of $38,250.00 when he walked off the job without completing the contract. He is dishonest, does horrible work and has no idea how to manage a job, and mismanages the client's funds. x

   First off ****** was told several times to stop asking employees to do work out side of scope of project as she asked the electrian behind my back to rewire and up date everything electrical in the house she several times told employees what to do she wouldnt stop with asking them to keep adding items to the project alm work was done in phases she paid up to the phase that we walked off the project because she wouldnt stop tryIng to added stuff and change stuff with out paying for it she then started demanding for that she had door frames remember that where not supposed to be tepelaced  she wouldnt let us have heat to the house for things such as floor stain and polyurethane wouldnt not dry and froze because this and we had to any materials that where purchased where purchased out our hot ladwans and as I said you dumb c*** take me to court !!!! I 100% plan on counter suing for 3 times they amount of the contract and we are pre-paired to do so with all the messages saying you where the one in charge and you would be the one telling us how to do our jobs and that I work for her Im more then ready to walk in to court and so is my lawyer

  I am rejecting this response because:    the response from contractor is all lies and excuses.   There is nothing left for BBB to do.   It will be a matter for the courts to decide.   It is on record for other consumers to see if they do their research.   Anyone that publically calls someone a "cunt" says it all for the professionalism of this contractor.
