            I ordered a product from this company that was not up to par. I shipped it back on 3/28/22 and it was delivered on 3/30/22. **************** email me on 3/28/22 asking if there was something they do to make it right before sending back, I told them it has already been sent. **************** rep said my refund would be purchase price less original cost of shipping and it would be refunded with 14 business of being received. The tracking confirmed is was delivered back to company on 3/30/22 but never notified by company. On 4/20/22, 16 business after delivery, I contacted the same rep to see why I hadnt been refunded and asked if I would receive a full refund since the company didnt comply within the 14 business days that the representative put in writing. She responded saying she processed my refund and sorry for the delay. It does not appear like I would have ever gotten my refund until I contacted them. She also failed to address that the company did not comply with what she told me in written.
