      On 3-4-2024 I purchased new phone, case and temperd glass screen protector. The screen protector is coming off 3 days after purchased. I went back and ask for new one. Latino lady say she won't replace. I said I want a manager. She told me to come back next day. I went back next day, same lady lied and said no manager or owner is ever in store. I spent $215 and I want screen protector replacement

      I searched emails looking for all communications with BBB in regards to my complaint with Advantage Wireless. 

       

      I did see there is a mistake on date of purchase,  correct date 2/29/2024. 

       

      Here is my receipt,  screeshot of bank withdrawal,  and pictures of only box I was given after purchasing a new phone,  case, screen protector and exact contents that was in box when I opened it 1st time at home to get charger and cord. 

      I went back March 1st to complain that I didn't receive Wall adapter for charging cord. Same woman who I made my purchases from, same woman who attempted to switch phone contents,  same woman who placed my screen protector on phone and then phone in case.....told me I have to purchase my own because phone no longer comes with them.  

      I went back on my 3rd visit 3/4/2024 I complain that screen protector was coming off all around outer edges and wanted it replaced.  Same woman from previous 2 visits took my phone,  looked at it then immediately told me No!

      I said "Excuse me,  you put this screen protector on 5 days ago, now it's coming off,  I want a manager. 

      She said he will be here tomorrow. 

      I went back on the 5th and 7th with witnesses and was denied to speak to a manager/owner,  refused replacement

      Hello, after searching through our records I dont see an invoice for Destiny Denier on March 4, 2024. Possible the ************ account is under someone elses name. I was trying to locate your receipt however I would love to go ahead and extend one free tempered glass protector for the delayed response.

      I made a mistake on date of purchase.  I did correct it when I submitted credit card receipt which actual date of purchase was February 29th 2024.

      I made a mistake on date of purchase and total purchase price.  When I noticed my mistake,  I immediately notified BBB, sent documentation which included the only receipt I was given.  I actually paid ****** on February 29th 2024.

      I am rejecting this response because I notified BBB of my mistake on actual date of purchase on March 29th 2024 when I realized that I gave the date on my bank statement., which was date presented to account.  I submitted documentation of only receipt I was given,  credit card., when I asked for an itemized receipt to explain individual charges.  

      When I received last update on my complaint from BBB saying my complaint was closed due to business failure to respond on multiple requests for response, immediately contacted BOOST Mobile Corporate Complaint to get a refund for purchase made through their authorized dealer,  they told there is no record of new activation or new phone on my account. They couldn't give me a refund,  replacement or even credit towards my account.  They told me the last step I could take since BBB complaint was closed, Advantage Wireless refusal to replace or give refund was to dispute entire transaction with bank.  

      Amazing how quickly Advantage Wireless decides to finally respond to BBB complaint is after I took action with my bank.
