I received an 8 gallon SS conical fermenter for Christmas. Opened it up and found the cover with a very large dent and one side of the conical fermenter to have multiple small dents in it. The side dings shouldn’t affect the performance but I am disappointed in the appearance as it doesn’t look like there is adequate quality control over the finished product. It looks like I got a “seconds” tank. However, I am willing to let the side dents go, but want a new cover as it is severely dented. While it had the clamps, gasket and 1-1/2”plate, that were indicated in the website, the following parts were missing: 1- Drain valve and 1- Racking valve 2- 1.5” tri-clover to ¾” hose barb connectors 3- Elbows The website indicated that all of those parts were supposed to come with the fermenter and were shown in the photo to include them. I contacted the company on the 27th of December 2021, and have been going back and forth with them over emails for weeks. At first they stated that they wouldn't provide the elbows or the tri-clover connectors but would send me a new cover and new valves. After explaining to them that it would cost me an additional $48 to buy the other missing parts they don't have online elsewhere, and requested that they reimburse me for that amount so I can buy them elsewhere, they ultimately agreed to do that. That was on the 10th of January, 2022 and they said they would do it that week. Since that correspondence, I have not heard from them again, even after multiple emails and texts. My sense is that they will be dragging this out and will not send me the parts nor reimburse me for the other missing parts they don't want to send me. I would either like for them to do what they said they would do and send me the replacement parts and provide a credit of $48 to cover the parts they don't want to send me, OR provide me a credit in the full amount paid plus shipping ($400) and send me a prepaid shipping label to return it.Business response

The customer was refunded $68.59, and the missing parts were sent to the customer. Tracking confirms the delivery below:
