            I entered into a contract with RT ***************** to build a house on my property. July 2023 and September 2023, I issued 3 checks to the company, as down payment to start building. After the money was received, ********************* owner of the company stopped answering our calls, messages, emails, voice messages, I even sent a certified letter which was received and still no answer, Nothing has been done on the property at all. The way I see things, ********************* just took the money with no intention of building. I finally got an answer from him January 4, **** and he said he has to start all over again with the drawings, and will send them to me to approve it, I'm not sure why he would have to do that, but he never sent me anything. This process with him has been very frustrating. I am asking for him to refund our money, or come up with a solution for me.
