GM is blaming me for being upset that the last two orders were 45+ min late and the first time the driver rang the doorbell and woke up dogs even though instructions said garage door pls. Now today same driver arrived 45+ min late and I complained not to him but rather to your GM. She took his side not me as the customer and then deactivated my account because they let me down. I’m flabbergasted. I’ve complained to ****. Will complain to thé restaurant too. This should have been handled better. I’m not the bad guy. I’m the customer who didn’t get what the business and its app promised and the app never updated with new timeframes which would be the obvious fix.Business response

We have already refunded this customers order. We have also updated our menu for *** * *** and put a note that restaurant cook times are 45 to 90 minutes depending on the day and time. We deliver from over 100 restaurants so we do our best to manage the varying cook times which we then have to add delivery distance times to them making every order a different delivery window.
