    My husband and I were customers of this establishment for about 10 years, both auto and homeowners. Never made a claim and with prices going up we decided to switch. Upon giving our agents all the proper paperwork to leave our homeowners policy, we discovered that they failed to hand it over to the homeowners insurance company, resulting in them taking out almost $500 to begin a new policy, from our bank account. When we called the agents at Allstate, one woman was apologetic but Jennifer was not in any way. In fact when I spoke to her she was incredibly rude as if I had done something to create the situation. She never once apologized or took proper responsibility for the situation. We received incredibly rude emails from her the following week about expediting a refund check, and thats as far as rectification went for their mistake. Since then we have been chasing the insurance company for our money back with absolutely zero help from this Allstate branch. Its been one nightmare after the other and we still have yet to be properly reimbursed 4 weeks after the incident.

    Good Morning, Thank you for your concern, I am happy to respond and share the timeline of events as factual data as to what has been presented. I will also state that I have been in the and you can see our reviews here. 08/16/2023 ****** calls our office and speaks to my team member ***** to cancel her Homeowners Policy with PS. ***** states we will need any cancellation in writing and sends her email with form to sign. 8/16/2023 ***** emails ****** Accord Cancellation Request to form and return. 8/21/2023 ***** received signed Cancellation request and sent it too PS.8/21/2023 Insurance company PS confirmed receipt of request 8/21/2023.08/25/2023 Money Withdrawn by PS 9/8/2023 2:39 ****** calls and speaks to team member. Notes form our file stated she was going to leave us a terrible review, call the better business bureau, stated that our service was terrible, that we should be at the very least suspended for not confirming the cancellation was received and complete. After berating me and stating that I was going to go home and have a great weekend she needed to figure out how to pay for the tires her car needed tomorrow to make sure it was safe for her kids to be transported.9/8/2023 3:46 PM Called back 1 hour after her first call, we were awaiting a response from the insurance company. She hung up on me. 09/09/2023 PS Processes request 9/11/2023 9:32AM Monday Morning Jennifer sends email to ins company sent email to pacific asking for refund to be expedited Copied ****** on this request.9/11/2023 2:12 PM Jennifer called Insurance company to have check expedited Refund Check for ****** was mailed that day Confirmed.9/11/2023 2:12 PM Jennifer sends ****** email I wanted to let you both know I have personally called ***************** to confirm the policy was cancelled, and to have them expedite the refund for you.Never responded, or emailed our office after I sent confirmation emails. 9/25/2023 ****** calls PS to say she hasnt received the check, so they stopped payment and reissued her check that day.
