I gave $600 on June 6. I was informed I have a 30 day waiting period before I could use my medical insurance. I asked for a refund and they said I would have to call back Monday. This is a corrupt organization. I am a *** and find this reprehensible. Why would I pay my premium with a 30 day waiting period?Business response

Thank you for your inquiry. However, we do not have you listed as a client or vendor of ours. We’ve been getting an increasing number of calls, messages and similar email inquiries. There is another company with the same name selling what appears to be a minimum essential coverage (MEC) plan. We are NOT the same company. On 3/1/2024, I was misled by a representative of Innovative Partners into signing up and paying for health insurance that, upon reviewing documentation, I discovered provided very little coverage. My policy number/ member ID number is *******. I was charged $393.92. I was told the policy would not start until 7/1/2024, but it apparently started immediately. I called the same day, within a few hours, to cancel the policy and was told I would get a refund within 7-10 business days. It is now 3/15/2024, and I have not received a refund. The company is not answering my phone calls or emails.Customer response

The complaint has now been resolved. The company has credited my account with a refund of my money.
