              I have had a terrible time with this company. One month they double billed me and when I asked for one payment to be refunded, they cancelled my policy, now they will not reinstate the policy. The phone center is untrained and unorganized. I have been disconnected multiple times when I call in. If I didn't spend upwards of 12 (in total) hours setting up the new doctors and dentists then I would cancel quickly and run far away.

              I was trying to obtain Health insurance through this company and luckily my credit card bank did not approve it. Thanks to my CC for protecting me. Yes this is a scam

              This company is a scam for medical insurance, I called and canceled my bf policy as it didn’t cover anything I specifically requested, and instead of canceling, the created 2 more accounts and took over 2000.00 from my account after telling me it was cancelled. Like the other reviews, you get the run around for day, weeks on end. Please DO NOT purchase insurance from these scammers

              I just purchased medical insurance from this company. I have a thirty day window to get a refund. I cannot get intouch with anyone handling that department. I am constantly getting the run around. I am feeling as if I have been scammed. I will pursue legal actions.

              Innovative partners will not cancel my insurance coverage and they continue to take the money out of my account. I have sent multiple messages and phone calls to cancel the insurance and they continue to withdraw money.
