If there was negative infinity stars, this useless company deserves it. Unscrupulous, despicable, corrupt and criminal minded company, They refused to refund my money. They refused to refund my money for visa application not done, They should be closed down, prosecuted and all their staff locked up in Jail!!

It's been over a year since I requested my refund of $160 from this Terrible company. The website froze during payment and then double charged me. I provided the double charge information and the numbers and spreadsheet requested. They told me it would be 5-8 weeks. It never came. I'm on my way back to Nigeria and I would never do business with them again. I wish a half start rating was possible

Innovate1 seems Terrible and worst service ever and dubious, with not even a phone to reach, I tried to renew a passport and made payment of $142, and they charged my bank card $426 for a passport.and I asked for a refund as they noticed via since feb 2 and I got a response they would process a refund for 5-8weeks, it’s June 4 months now I haven’t received my refund. I message them and they replied they processed a refund of $260 to my card was successful and case closed. I called my bank also went to the office they never refunded and seems like a scam, am suppose to get refund back $284 and they haven’t done as of today. I will never advice any one to use this company to process a passport.

Honestly I have not seen a company as terrible as Innovate1. Sometime in March I went through their website, as required, to schedule a visa interview with the ******** Embassy in *** ****. As I put in my credit card information the website just froze and I couldn't finalize the process. I waited for hours, hoping it would process, it didn't, at least on my end. I sent them an email since I couldn't find a phone number, it took them several days to respond. It became a back and forth thing between me and them. I had to get my credit card company involved. Many days later I got a response from the credit card company with a copy of my payment. But the irony of the whole thing is that it stated on that receipt that there was NO VISA APPOINTMENT AVAILABLE; that I should call the embassy. I called the embassy severally no one picked the phone. Finally I had to travel to Nigeria with my expired Nigerian passport. Now I've been asking this company to refund my money. They told me they wouldn't refund the money because their policy says my payment is a single payment, therefore they do not refund such. My question is how can you not refund my money when you didn't render me any service. Up till today the issue has not been resolved, even though they keep on emailing me that it has been resolved. This kind of policy is fraudulent. How can you without payment for a service you did not render? This is baffling and annoying.

I was scheduled to present in ****** ******* on May 24-25, and I completed the application online on the Innovate platform. However, I faced an issue with my payment not going through. Despite contacting Innovate and trying repeatedly, I eventually had to visit their office in *** **** **** to resolve the issue. The visa process was estimated to take 15 days, which was too long a waiting period for me. Fortunately, the conference organizers were able to obtain a visa on arrival for me, which cost them an additional $160 on top of my $106 payment. However, I still filed a complaint regarding my Visa on Arrival and requested a refund. I provided Innovate with the additional information they requested, but they closed my ticket without providing me with a refund. When I contacted Innovate, I was informed that they could not refund me. This practice of keeping my payment without providing the service appears to be predatory.

I wonder why Nigeria High Commission chose the worst possible payment gateway service to use for its citizen's passport and visa payment needs. I paid for my passport renewal, and after payment, it redirected me back to their homepage with no message about if the payment went through or not. Going back to refresh ************************************************* I see the application is still listed as unpaid, so I tried again. and got an error message. I decided that perhaps today is not the data nd I'll try again tomorrow. A few minutes later I get a notification from my card company telling me that there has been two deductions to the Innovate1 service. I go back to the immigration.gov.ng portal and the application is still saying unpaid!!! Now I'm stuck trying to get a refund. Nigeria my country why do you delight in making your citizens so miserable?

INNOVATE1Services, a scam company claiming to be "A TRUSTED SERVICE PROVIDER" in passport and visa applications, ah they are fast in collecting your money, but that is where it ends they cannot even get you into the embassy talk less of getting your passport issued. And the worst is when you apply for refund, they would say they have opened a ticket in your name the next day they would say they have closed your ticket. A real joke. I would not recommend this company to anybody looking to renew his or her passport.

Don’t ever use this company!!I was scammed out of 397.00 and missed my flight !! Please avoid this company fraudulent!!!

Horrible services. No one answers phones or return calls and the site is never ending cycle of nothingness. After completing your application the payment page is not active so the page just continously loads...for hours with no confirmation or feedback. The phone help line and emailing for help is just a runaround. You will never speak to anyone, so there is no solution or resolution with this company. A complete joke on me and waist of valuable time. Trash!!!

They are not helpful to customers. I filed the application for a visiting visa to ******* and pay the $160 fee, but couldn't make an appointment because it wouldn't let me. I tried calling and sending emails, but didn't got any help. I called the Consulate office of Nigeria in New York, Manhattan and they took my complaint and said Innovate 1 Services will get back to me. No one get back to me. I am so frustrated because my trip is July 13th 2022 and if I don't travel I will lose my money for the airline ticket and the hotel. I don't know what to do, I need help.
