I met Dr. B****** on May 9, 2022 at 2:10 p.m. She gave me cortisone shots and recommended that I order orthotics to help me with high arch issues. I paid for my orthotics that day and was told they would be at the office in 3-4 weeks, maybe longer since they are coming from ******. I had my 6-week follow-up appointment on June 6, 2022 at 2:40 p.m. and was asked how I like my orthotics? I told the doctor and the nurse that I had not received them yet. The nurse checked and told me they had not come in yet. The doctor did go over how to break-in the orthotics once I got them. On July 7, 2022 I called the office to inquire about my orthotics and was told I had picked them up on May 18, 2022. I argued that I did not receive them and was told that the doctor was on vacation and would need to speak with her. I called their office on Tuesday July 9, 2022 and spoke with Amanda. I was told over and over that I was called and picked up my orthotics on May 20, 2022. I have never had a doctors office argue with me and imply that I am a liar. I demanded that the doctor call me back by the end of the day. She did NOT! I called the following morning, July 20, 2022 and spoke with Barb. I explained the situation to Barb and she also told me that their office does not make mistakes and they have tracking to show the delivery to their office on May 20, 2022. I still argued that I did not pick up my order, nor did I ever receive a phone call telling me they were in. Barb made it a point to tell me her name again and that she would speak with the doctor and personally call me back by the end of the day. Barb did NOT call me back! I called again on July 22, 2022 and spoke with Mindy. She took my contact numbers and said she would give the message to the doctor and let her know I am waiting for a return phone call from her. I have not received any calls back from their office or the doctor. I paid up-front for merchandise I never received.Business response

Thank you for taking the time to speak with me today. The patient complaint in reference to ID # ******* has been rectified.
She originally called the office complaining that she never received a pair of orthotics. A second order was then placed (at no charge to the patient). The second pair of orthotics arrived in the office after fabrication on 8/11/2022; the patient was called this day and notified that her orthotics had come in. She picked up the devices on 8/15/2022.
