The salesperson arrived exactly on time and was helpful when picking out the doors. He was very knowledgeable on the doors and even had small samples of the doors. The customer service was very responsive and quick to answer. The insulation team who installed the doors was exactly on time and were professional, and finished in a timely manor. They didn’t bring accessories like handles for the door, but apologized and had them installed in 24 hours.Review from Beth P

Had a new gutter put on to replace and old outdated ones. Joe came out and gave the quote and I was schedule for the following week. The crew showed up on time and the job was completed on time and quick. I would recommend them to other's.Review from Michael Z

I had my windows replaced on my condo the last week of November 2023.The whole procedure was painless.The saleslady (Karen G) was very attentive to my wants and answered my questions to my satisfaction.She did not rush me to make a decision right away as some salespeople do.When I placed my order,the windows size were remeasured again and it took about ten weeks for the windows to be made and then a date was set for the installation.The two men that came to install the windows were professional and neat .The one factor that I want to stress about DiGiorgi is that if you have any concerns after the installation, DiGiorgi is there for you. They stand by their work.Cindy and Mikayla in the window department were always responsive to any concerns I had after the installation.I give them 5 stars.Review from Tom W

I spent a large amount of money on NEW ****** windows for my house, I was told these windows would open very smoothly and would not need lift handles. That was totally wrong ! I cant even open 3/4 of the windows without major effort, they are worse than the ones they took out, I was told "in time they will loosen up" about a year later and still not at all easy to open. $28000.00 for windows that wont open by hand. Stay away from ****** windows and don't trust anything DiGiorgi salesman says.

We purchased a roof, gutters, siding, sliding door, windows, fire/entry and garage doors with DiGiorgi starting in January of 2021 after the failure of our previously installed roof (original roof of home). Since the start of our journey with DiGiorgi we continue to have issues with installation, craftsmanship (new roof leaked, gutters making noise, new windows having drafts), quality of product, integrity of staff (damaged personal property) and overall lack of communication and flexibility with scheduling. We write this review after several attempts to resolve these issues over several months post installation of projects. DiGiorgi as per our experience with the company continues to not meet our expectations as far as communication when it comes to timeliness of follow up on jobs that are half finished, communication on product delays (entry door/garage door panel) and multiple request to send documents for timely filing of energy rebates.
