On 9/05/23 I paid over $1,600 out of pocket expenses for dental work, including a $600 co pay they charged by mistake that I had to prove the next day was a mistake and wasn't required to pay at all. Also, when I realized all the work they were getting ready to perform, I asked if they had previously worked on any of those teeth and they replied yes. Immidately, the woman that quotes the dental work offered 50% off while I'm laying down. Thank god I asked. On 12/27/23 I made a deposit for $295 that I had to make with my FSA prior to 12/31/23. Advance dental tells me that they miscaculated back on 9/05/23 and I owe $148 which leaves me with $147. The reciepts don't show or explain where this 'miscalculation' took place back on 9/05/23 after I paid a large amount , nor did I recieve any apologies or any wrong doing on their part at all or ever. The reciepts also do not reflect the 50% off as promised. I would appreciate for advance dental to have the decency and take accountability for their miscalculation from 9/5/23 right on christmas and credit me the $295 as promised and double check my account for any wrong doings and miscalculations please. When I asked for a manager, Kathy was the manager who denied the 295$ without any clear details of how I owed the $148.
